The Law envisages that "young citizens without children pay off the credit with a three-per-cent interest rate per year from the sum of credit payable.
Young citizens with one child are exempt from the payment of interests for the use of credit. 25 per cent of the sum of credit payable is paid off at the expanse of budget funds for the young citizens with two children, and 50 per cent of the sum of credit payable is paid off for the young citizens with three and more children.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine establishes the procedure of granting lax long-term credits for higher education to the young citizens and their preferential repayment".
A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No.0888.
